What is EFT tapping?

EFT tapping explained

EFT was created in the late 90s by Gary Craig - a Stanford trained engineer and master of Neuroscience Linguistic Programming. EFT is the stimulation of acupressure (or meridian) points brings a sense of calm to the body energetic system. When combined with verbalisation of an issue this has a positive effect on the amygdala (stress centre of the brain) Tapping also has a positive impact on the hippocampus (memory centre). Both the amygdala and the hippocampus have a huge impact on out decision making while stress or fear is present. Tapping reduces cortisol (stress hormone) which explains why after a tapping session you feel so relaxed and calm. It is proven even just 10 minutes of tapping has the ability to reduce cortisol up to 40%.

Tapping can be used for so many different things including anxiety, fears / phobias, limiting beliefs, stress, physical pain, depression, addiction, headache, improve confidence. Many people will think that they dont need tapping because they dont struggle with the above but what I am seeing now more than ever, is clients using EFT to not just survive, they are using it to thrive. To step into their confidence, sexiness or creativity. You can also tap Proactively rather than Reactively instead of waiting for something to happen making a habit to a few minutes a day of tapping can help regulate your nervous system so you are better prepared for lifes natural falls.
