1:1 EFT Tapping session

Working one on one allows us to focus on particular issues you would like to work through. First, we will discuss what is currently affecting you, and I’ll ask some questions to identify how you are currently coping and feeling – and more importantly, how you’d like to feel. I will then guide you through a tapping tailored to your own individual circumstances. Tapping stimulates the body’s acupressure points and provides a wonderful energetic reset. We will work on releasing stagnant energy and stuck emotions that have left you feeling sad, anxious, angry or frustrated. We will work together to clear negative emotions attached to your body to achieve balance and calm – and make space for thriving, for joy, for creativity, for motivation!

This package provides you with 8 sessions over 10 weeks, which allows us to go really deep and unpack all that is holding you back from achieving your goals. This package is for you if you love investing in yourself and are ready to say YES to life! I will help support you through what you need help with and together we can co-create some REAL and LASTING results that will leave you ready for more.

After these 10 weeks you will have shifted some serious energy, and will experience a wonderful energetic reset. You will also be more confident in leading yourself through EFT tappings after this experience. You will have the option for sessions to be recorded so you can re-visit sessions any time you like.
